The Black Raspberries used in this product are not certified organic, although this may change in the near future. However, Berrihealth’s black raspberries are grown ecologically (without the use of pesticides) and extensively tested for quality and safety. The detail to which the family farms grow the black raspberries, goes as far as using Integtrated Pest Management instead of using chemicals to control pests. 

The Black raspberries are grown with the upmost care to make sure they have consistently high levels of the essential health promoting nutrients that these berries are renown for. 

It is worth mentioning that BerriHealth's black raspberries are used in numerous human clinical trials and research projects, so the berries are tested rigorously for any trace of pesticides or other chemicals. 

• Delivery is free on all Berrihealth Black Raspberry orders within the UK. There is a postage fee for any items sent to E.U countries.
• Other products may have a nominal delivery charge.
• We ship anywhere in the UK and in the E.U

• Orders take 2-3 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1 business day.

For orders received before 3.30pm between Mon-Fri, we do our best to dispatch all orders the same day.

Orders received on Saturday and Sunday, will be dispatched on the Monday.

• Timing: we have a 14-day Return Policy, from the date of order.
• Vielight returns are dealt with directly by Vielight - email help@vielight.com
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, and undamaged
• For returns, please email info@berrhealth.co.uk with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• We will provide the you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended that all returns are sent via Royal Mail's 'Signed for' service to avoid "lost package" situations. If items are not tracked and get lost, refunds will not be given.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
